savox are one of the worst buddy if its the type where it tucks in under the p.c.b.....you need to un-solder the motor connectors, pot legs and remove the p.c.b then replace the wires from the other side of it, if its the type where the 3 wires are soldered to the back of the board then its straight forward if you are half good with a soldering iron
