As per title - I was going to restore this at some point - but never will.
What you see is what you get - i'm sure someone on here will be able to salvage a few bits and pieces from this. No idea what it's worth - 1st sensible offer (Im in UK re postage) secures it.
Stuff that's nice:
It has 'Andys' arms all round and also has front 'one-way' wheel adapters with a one way bearing in them - hence the screws to secure the wheels
