The image is correct. You just can't convert ratings as you don't know how the springs are measured. The spring rates in the image are measured with the same device by Bjorn Prumper. I personally have the whole Yatabe set and some from the normal range, the measurements by Bjorn are accurate.
And, lb/in isn't usual. It's American. cm/in is metric. Metric rules. :P
