Actually last longer than the original Hobbywing fan it replaced, not any noisier either. I think the connector looks the same too, but you can always cut & solder the connectors.
Delivery wont be super quick, but in my experience they come between 7-10 days & at under £1 each, just buy a few to make it worth your time. I usually also buy some hex screwdrivers like
