Just like any other module.
Firstly you need a modulated radio, then just remove/unclip the existing 27MHz/40MHz AM/FM PPM/PCM/HRS module and plug in the Spektrum module.
It's worth looking outside Spektrum now though, to see if your radio manufacturer make their own module for 2.4GHz. Futaba for example make the FASST system for the 3VC/3PK radio which is superior to Spektrums in many ways (auto detects and allows both PPM and HRS modulation, as well as being on FHDSS rather then DSM). Other manufactures (KO, Sanwa etc) do their own modules too, and they are more likely to better suit your radio as they would be designed specifically for it, rather then generic modulation like Spektrum.
