I didn't change a lot from track to track, but the Stotfold one would be good as a general outdoor setup.

I used small bores but with big bore go with something like this

Front
2 x 1.6mm holes
550CST
Spring - TeamC Hard (1 dot)

Rear
3 x 1.4mm holes
300CST
TeamC Hard (1 dot)
