I have even glued once an associated b4 diff by mistake thinking that was the 'proper' way to do it. But it made the diff react very rough. Since that day, I never ever glue diff rings.
The Loctite glue is just that……a Loctite glue.

Reason for doing this is because the rings are too soft and the ceramic balls are too hard.

When using carbide balls the diff rings are still too soft but gluing the rings prevent the rings from spinning and the balls getting pressed into the rings.

We've ran this setup ever since before the ball diff was out to the public.
