Couldn't agree more, this was my worry that it would split into two classes diluting the racing between 2 or more classes.

Have to disagree a little here, it is very low grip, if someone has new tyres they is quiet an advantage against worn tyres, higher grip carpet would maybe make the tyres more competitive throughout there life (I don't know that tho ) it's at the point where you could put 2 pairs of new rears on a club night!!!

The carpet is also very tatty, a lot of holes patched up with tape, if the club has money is this not something we could think about? Tyres with 13.5 would possibly last even longer
