I ordered the parts directly from Tamiya Japan. And I have then shipped to my I laws house in Yaokohama then they send it to me in the states

Dave, how much did the parts cost to convert the xmw to a 211 ?

All the parts cost 155$ USD after the yen to dollar conversion.. The rate is very good currently so took advantage of it... But shipping to me is about 30$ via EMS...
