It's worth getting the set and trying the different ones out to suit how you drive. It'll depend on the track and your car set up as well as to what stiffness will work the best.
I've used them a few times. Always seemed pretty good on a carpet track. I ran the green set the last time I used it indoors at Torbay.
On astro, they work well if there isn't a lot of sand or if the track is fairly smooth and has a lot of grip. I found it caused more trouble when the track is uneven.
Just trial and error really. Like everything else lol
