Oh, and the post from Xracer - don't go down that road as the car will be illegal and fragile.
I don't know anyone who has built a GT that is that much overweight, so something is wrong somewhere. Mine's got 50g of lead on it with the same servo, same style of speedo and just a lighter receiver by about 10g.
Those scales of yours Stu are the first thing to check... HTH
