Sorry was in a bit of a rush at work when I posted earlier, on lees RHR standard set up he runs the car with the front gull wing arms and front lower shock tower (both option parts). This was the only change I really had to make to be at his set up from what I had been running on low grip indoors on the front end. Have to say the result was great, added that bit more steering and seemed to just turn in better in general. The only changes I had to his set up, was that I ran the standard springs all round with 35/27.5 in the shocks and 5k in the diff. Really is a good starting point for astro and is what I will run on Sunday at Southport. I would try that before your AE sprongs, I personally haven't felt a need to change them frok kit yet. On another note I think you will find the Yatabe springs will be shorter than your AE ones so would be hard to get an exact match in terms of rates.
