I have to say it does look very good and much more racey than the car it replaces, more like an 8th scale buggy, a trend which was started by Tekno RC with the SCT410.

I have no experience of the Durango cars, I had a slash 4x4 last year and upgraded to the Tekno after many many hours of research and I have never looked back, the Tekno has amazing build quality and has taken everything I have thrown at it and just laughed it off. 20ft jumps and 40mph crashes and its properly solid!!!!

Take a look on my website, I done a couple of posts about the TEKNO so you can get an idea of how awesome it is. Trust me if you get one you absolutely will not regret it, there a few simple upsides to Tekno over Durango too as it uses standard 12mm wheel hexes which means you can use almost any wheel for just bashing whereas durango have a unique hex which makes buying wheels more awkward as not everywhere will have them.

Get the new Tekno and come join us on the UK short course nationals
