Hi Carl,

James is absolutely right. We separate out 2 and 4wd and, if there are enough, we have a juniors heat too.

The much loved (by me !!!) Short Course heats were great, the epitome of racing and only the best truly thrived at it. Unfortunately numbers didn't reflect that so it dried up after about 6 months.


To answer your other questions...

Sounds great but obviously there is a budget and class restrictions so what are currently being raced?

In 2wd - its an open field really. Schumacher KF2, Serpent, Team C / Absima Evo, etc

In 4wd - mainly Xray XB4

Any motor or battery restrictions?

None at all. If they want to race at the regional events, which we actively encourage, then they will need to be BRCA homologated but to be honest most stuff is.

Will probably be putting them all in noob classes

Not a problem, they can join in in heat 1. Its where we all start
