That's right mate, it's the same as the glue on the back of vinyl signs. When you first stick it down, you can unstick and reapply it. Leave it 24 hours until it's set properly and good luck removing it. Vinyl is horrendous to remove after it's been stuck down over night.
I use the schumacher stuff but i'd imagine most stuff will stick with a clean surface and then left overnight.
