So what's the different effects of running a 1 way front diff compared to a 1 way layshaft? Would the effects be "that " noticable on a polished wood surface?
I think my setup is quite balanced I'm just lacking a little sparkle from the front under power-on steering.
It's just a shame that it seems to get the steering I want I'm going to lose the braking advantage of permanent 4WD.
And Brett - yes - avoiding the door frame flat out improves the handling no end

. Dunno about you but my car is so much better with 4 wheels attached rather than 3.
