Your charger will come with charge leads but not generally balance leads, if you have bought 2 or more batteries then you will have balance charge leads that can be spliced into charger leads possibly without connectors or with deans or 4mm banana

thanks beale, the charger does come with the same connectors as the battery does, so the small white connector and 2 bullets one end and 2 bullets and the smaller bullet the other, so i can do what you suggest
