Took it apart this morning,cleaned it out and put new gasket in(old one was split)with fresh oil. Still slightly notchy but it's only had ten races so I'll give it another try this weekend.
I'm running on carpet with it so high grip. Hopefully as adey says about his,it will free up over the next couple of meetings.
