On certain tracks - usually open ones - the 1S/13.5 combo will beat a 2S/21.5 and on short very twisty tracks the 2S/21.5 comes out on top. If the track where you run is a 2S/21.5 club then go for it. If not, then be prepared to be beaten on some layouts and there is nothing you can do about it.
At the GT Nationals with their large tracks, I would expect a 2S/21.5 to be left behind. HTH  |
