Default Leaking KF diff

The gear diff on our KF sprung a leak such that the front and rear pulleys, the chassis floor and even the roof of the shell got a good coating of silicon. It had run for quite a few meets before doing this... (i.e. was still dry).

I degreased it all, rebuilt the diff and fitted a new belt as the old one was impregnated with silicon - though there was no evidence of it having slipped.

First time out no leaks ... second time out we've got another thin line of silicon down the roof of the shell.

The diff cap was tightend as hard as I dared and both o-rings fitted. Do they work loose such that I should have tightened it again after initial use or do they generally stay dry? In which case we've just got a leaky one!

Cheers!
