Running on carpet, im on medium springs on the standard shocks
im not sure what was in them when I bought the buggy but was far to soft
every time I took a turn front end sinks to floor / back end comes up and roles was way to soft for my track.
iv got 2 sets of shockers the lower grade oil 30 I use for out door tracks astra turf etc
