Finally getting round to building mine today!
Definetly agree with the previous comment about putting the bearings and washers on before you build the actual diff up ! You can get them on afterwards by pushing them down with an open pair of pliers though. Surely this needs changing in the instructions or smaller washers in the future so the bearings slide over.
Does anyone know what the large silver 0.5mm washers are supplied in the diff kit ?? Doesn't say to use them anywhere!
Also the c clips that hold the gear on the inner front and rear cva isnt a great fit or is it just mine ? Would of been easier of it was flush the end of the gear rather than having a recess. C clip seems to move way too easily when it's fitted.
Followed the post above with 1 outer washer fitted and 2 inner as 2/2 was too tight
