just two days to go be for round 4 of Benfields winter series

Opening / Booking in / Practice / Start times
Doors will open at 7.00 am. Booking in Practice will be 7.15-7.45 am followed by drivers' briefing 7.50 We aim to have heats on the line at 8.00 am with the intention of finishing the meeting no later than 4-4.30 pm.

TRACK PREPARATION IS ON SATURDAY 4PM –6pm VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED TO HELP LAY OUT THE TRACK AND PUT AWAY AFTER MEETING.

Currently there are 75 competitors across 10 heats, which is going to be a tight squeeze on the time lines.
There are still places available for the junior drivers 2wd + 4wd and 4 places for the senior 4wd.

Please find the current booked and confirmed driver listing below if your name is not on the listing and you have booked in or would like to book in please contact me asap. Or if you have booked in and are unable to make it please contact me to allow me to update the entries.

Cancelations we respectfully ask you to give at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the event to allow me time offer any vacancies to people who wish to attend. And amend the heat listing for a quicker start to the day. payments can be made on the day.
Fee - £8.00 per class. Or £15.00 for both classes per round
U16 - £5.00 per class. Or £8.00 for both classes per round.

Benfield radio controlled car club runs 6.30 pm until 10pm every Friday. (all are welcome)
