On the front, I run 1 deg toe out, it will make the car stable on the straight and more predictable off the straight at speed compared to 0 deg or toe in. I never use front toe in and I never use more than 2 deg toe out ( at resting ride height)
On the rear I use between 2.5 and 4 deg, the lower the grip the more rear toe I use
There is no magic set up, set ups are nearly always a compromise because most changes you make will effect the car in another way, or on power/off power/ corner entry/exit/mid corner
