When you put the tyres on the rim I would glue the outside edge. Not as someone earlier suggested and not glue them at all,they will come off at some point if you don't. And that's never a good thing if your in the middle of a race
As for acetone,you can get it from the pound shop. And it's pure acetone as well not watered down like some nail polish remover. I use this for mine and it's excellent. Just a little in the bottom and as was said in in another post,I don't
