I see, it's more a chassis protector now. I faced a similar challenge, as I wanted to fit a regular Mid body to a LWB Mid, for this "hybrid" Lazer/Optima Mid contraption.
I was able to keep most of the LWB undertray sides intact, except on the front part, as the SWB body follows a different shape than the LWB bodies there.
