Ladies and gents,
just over 1 weeks to go to round 2 of Benfields winter series
Please note: Revised Opening / Booking in / Practice / Start times
Doors will open at 7.00 am. Booking in Practice will be 7.15-7.45 am followed by drivers' briefing 7.50 We aim to have heats on the line at 8.00 am with the intention of finishing the meeting no later than 4-4.30 pm.

We currently have 58 drivers booked and confirmed with a majority of drivers doing two classes giving 87 competitors across 10 full heats.Which means it’s going to be a tight squeeze on the time lines and we will be running automatic on the computer.

There are still places available for the juniorthe future of the sport /hobby drivers 2wd + 4wd
PLEASE NOTE we are at full capacity for senior drivers both 2wd +4wd for this round
and we are already receiving entry requests for the December (Round 3).

Due to the number of competitor’s please ensure you to bring your own table and chairs as there is a limit availability at the venue.

Cancelations we respectfully ask you to give at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the event to allow me time offer any vacancies to people who wish to attend. And amend the heat listing for a quicker start to the day.

TRACK PREPARATION IS ON SATURDAY 4PM –6pm VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED TO HELP LAY OUT THE TRACK AND PUT AWAY AFTER MEETING.

Hot and cold food is available. ( Waitress service available ) P.S don't for get to tip the waitress this year.
Benfield radio controlled car club runs 6.30 pm until 10pm every Friday. (all are welcome)
