Damian and Steve are getting involved with the entries and keeping the listing up to date, taking the onus away from me having to deal with them so it is easier for it to be on on a separate site.

It will, however, be on the AGM agenda as the distance is such that it is often difficult for members to travel on Saturday to build the track and also Sunday to race so we are reliant on those who live nearer and sometimes there are only a few who can make it (majority of whom are not Batley members).

As we are all aware, it is time consuming to build a big track and put up a very heavy, large rostrum with a handful of people so a few individuals have got involved in dealing with the events.

They are also going to post results etc.
