I looked it up after DCM's post. It is a part of that section currently but there is no reason why it needs to stay that way. The OP question was to lose the list, not the section. I appreciate I am being slightly pedantic
To answer the question, I say lose the need for a specific list. Set the rules generically such as size, format so batteries need to pass physically.
