Hahahahahahahahahaha poor bloke, just after being in those awful toilets hehehehe, well I have to admit it as well he is a very nice individual and I cant think of anyone (ok take it back Brian Kinwald is the same, and what a noce bloke) who promotes this hobby as well. A great ambassador for the sport.
He came over at the worlds warm ups with a bag of tires and asked what I was using (it was raining heavily and I guess he hadnt raced in the rain before as I lapped him a couple of times each round in four warm up races, (and David Belsten beat him as well and convincingly), but no contest considering we were used to racing in the rain almost every weekend, so had the advantage.
Craig Harris was a bit rude to him (Harris was pitting with me and what a laugh it was with him, Dave Belsten, Jon Leonard and Jon Tucker and the rest of the motley crew from Wales) but still he came over after he finally found out what tires we were using and gave me and Harris (I think him as well) some bits and pieces from Yokomo and Associated as a thank you.
A very approachable bloke.
Didnt like being lapped in the rain by me an Belsten but as we all know he is the master and can learn very very quickly and be up there and past you before you knew it. He did that the next day and blew every one away.
He was quicker by the end of the warm ups and laughed when he realised he would have won it if he had gone over the finishing line.
