- Poster buddies/gum over the connection of sensor cable to motor.
- Toilet paper around the ESC and Rx (absorbs the moisture if it gets inside instead of landing on the wiring connections).
- A strip of duct tape to seal chassis and bodyshell (in the area where the front wheels spray against the body - for some cars, two small strips of tape at the rear might be useful).
