I broke my arms yet again at an area where there is a sharp edge.
So as of now, I am getting 2 front arms made without the cutting, at the inner hingepin area, to avoid breakage here. I cased many jumps and on the one that broke this arm, I landed my outer wishbone squarely on the landing ramp, because my battery was getting weaker and I start to lack the speed to clear the jump. I will ask about the layshaft, they should be ready too, for testing. Update : layshaft received. will re install and re test this week.
