Are the bladders 100% seated properly and the right way up? When you cut them after the tops have been off and on a couple of times the bladders can distort slightly and not sit properly when you are tightening the shock top up.
With mine I put the cut bladder in the shock top before I screw it on, making sure it's fully seated against the top of the cap using a small pointy tool (the 1.3mm driver you're about to use to screw the bleeder screw in with works perfectly for this
