Wonder if anyone can help me with this please?
(I know a similar question was asked on RC Tech but there was no answer).

I've got some old Twister motors but no idea what wind they are.
There are markings on the can that are matched by markings on the related armature:

1W - this is a double
2W - also a double
12 - this one's a triple

All three have similar tape attached like the one pictured but with different numbers - can't see how they are relevant to the winding though.

Any ideas?
