The silhouette cameo seems to be a better option but it is approx £250. There is a cheaper silhouette model at around 130.

I have the cameo, also a roland stika (older one that im moving on) cameo is very good even for me as im crap at that sort of thing
I did this using masking, the disco and balls out on the front and mbmodels/disco on the rear wing are decals the rest painted masks
