Typically tyres are approx £6 and a pair of rims similar. Inserts are £2-3 but usually only used at rear. Cut staggers don't really need them.
Lipos will typically give 20-30 mins life and a charger will take approx 1hr to balance charge them (advised as they are a bit more temperamental than old batteries)
