sure I care about lap time!
I tried up to 35g (the most I could fit with what I had) on a high grip carpet, and settled on 20g on our medium bite carpet, which is now my base set-up.
what I'd like to find is something more tunable than just 0 or 50g.
and something reliable that won't fly around the track on the first bump (it happened!)
if the aluminium option is too light, may be the solution would be to buy several brass bulkheads and reduce each a bit in weight. how much do you think is possible to remove? I've never had one in hands... I did that with another part for my previous 22.
do you remove it on the wet?
I'm about to run on astro (which I'm not used to) pretty soon, so I read you carefully
