I'd say your front tyres seem right. On the rear if pins work that's fine. On some astro surfaces they can be edgey and then mini spikes work better.
For more off power steering I'd:
- Lower the inner caster link. For even more, shorten the link.
- Soften the front suspension.
You'll know if you have overdone it - the car will start to hook around on tight corners.
