Wiring looks ok though one rule is i think shorter battery leads longer motor.
Maybe capacitor isnt working and try a different motor.
Program card shouldnt out the box but might have wrong firmware for use with the esc, both are changable so setup program on a pc or laptop and upgrade both.
Check cable is in right way on card if it doesnt work switch off and reverse the wire.

Thanks mate....have run it with no pinion so just motor turning and seems to be fine
Pinion is 24 and spur is 81 on a speed passion 7.5 motor which I believe is about right.
Gears have been rebuild as well as diff and seem fine...
