I guarantee you that it has something to do with old batteries or cheap cells. Brushless systems recomend that you use quality cells and if you dont, this will result in the cogging and weak punch. What type of cells are you using? I just bought the castle creations mamba max 6900 system and in the manual they suggest using GP batteries 33000, 3700. and intellect batteries as well.
