As a matter of course proracing use ti screw kits on all their cars, and from our experience they are an excellent upgrade if you follow the following rules:-

1. Always use a teflon grease when fastening.
2. If scewing into a virgin plastic tap hole first.
3. Never use for shock fasteners(as noted by paul and jimmy).
4. When snugging up screw only use small amount of torque and then twist driver anti clockwise just a tad so as to release driver from fastener.

Now all this may sound like a lot of hastle, but remember, ti fastenings are lighter stronger and most importantly they can't rust!!!
