You could use a Triumph ball diff as the belt pulley is full width of the diff
The only catch is its a finer pitch like lazer belts.
A Lazer pulley will fit the front gearbox but you will need to get a front belt that is the finer pitch.
Because the drive pulley on the layshaft will be small diameter like a Lazer its probably best to move to a finer pitch belt anyway
