Pics!!!!! I think i could hook you up with a bumper repro, is it the same spacing for holes as the 94, or the works?
Bodyshell, Cobra on here, or Team Bluegroove, Shocks, i have a set of OK condition Yokomo ones.
Battery clamps, Fibrelyte, and you'll need to shave the front battery post and add lipo locators for a good job, the posts also need to be raised (washers) 3mm, I've just done this very simple conversion and it works very well!
