the b44 lipo trays dont fit unless you drill new holes. i also had to make myself new post s as my lipos are deep and the ae thumb nuts hit the bodyshell, i could of used screws but that would of just bugged me when changing over the lipo's.

eddscott. if you intend on using the zxr as a runner with fast modern electrics eg 6.5t brushless i would really recommend getting all carbon......chassis, top deck, rear tower and a front tower with hoop. the frp chassis have to much flex for todays speeds. also a rear belt tensioner.....welshy40 may still sell them?. i also made little blocks that fasten behind the front tower to make front gearbox stronger ( picture 2 ). you mentioned the james instone parts from fibrelyte, take a look at the lazer on the first page of this thread, that car has all the carbon parts from that design
