No si, from wet to dry it's about a lap difference, which is still a small amount other tracks it can be 2 laps difference. When you say people go faster it's because in the dry they have grip but no control and drive far too hard and make several mistakes, whereas in the wet they can't push hard and have to be careful and smooth so then don't make any mistakes hence the improvement
