There is no booking in on the day, that's the whole point of pre book pre pay, to save time on the day, We started at 9.55 and finished at around 6pm, it was bad enough with so many people changing pt's etc which lost us around 30minutes. I understand Herts had a lot of last minute help from "mr N", so it was a thank you, and they paid too..
