I guess you've not missed many meetings. I think at the supercup briefing, it was said that rules are to BRCA, but no scrutineering and its down to trust that we all don't take the pistacios. I could be wrong there.
Personally, id like for Lipo to be allowed. The more chances I can get to see other people using it, the more confident I will be in using it when the BRCA do allow it. Its down to us all to agree it I suppose.
