In the olden days, when I ran 40mhz (LOL), I routed the aerial back past the servo and used the original mount.

I realised this was risky, crossing allsorts of wires, but had no issue ever. The only time I got interference was with my X-5 somehow, although I was ultra-anal in the wiring in that. madness.

Now I have 2.4ghz, i just tape the aerial down to the chassis out of sight.
