I dont mean LA 19.
Thought this was part of a motor plate but cant remember exactly which car it came from, possibly the Alpha or Sport kis.

I always used a metal heatsink spacer between the motor and motor plate to keep the motor cooler, but when the alloy top deck mount appeared i stopped using as the heat was dissapated through the top deck mount and meant i could gear higher and not burn out my brushed motors.

If your brushless motors do get hot then its a good idea to have attached to you motor.
