I feel I should step in here and tell you increasing rpm / degree will make Your problem worse, you need to decrease it as effectively it is your boost rate, ie when you hit turbo/boost on the straights your esc is providing it too early because you have the boost increase rate too high,
Known as I run this esc and have had similar problems - also find the hobbywing software easier to use and understand, so I'd give that a go too,
Odd that you are saying you run no turbo, if I were you id swap it around and use no boost but turbo for the straights
